December 2020 – Updates from TASSURE ASIA GROUP

Greetings to All! Time flies and It is going to end of year 2020 and which is a special and pretty tough and challenge year for most businesses! Hope we all take this as another opportunity and continue enjoy the Christmas and New Year holiday session.

We still continue our business operating hours from 10.00am to 7.00pm (Monday to Friday). kindly make appointment with us before visiting our workplace.

Please be informed that our operation will be closed on below holidays . All responses to your emails and messages from our staff will be very slow during Public Holiday. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are thankful for your kind understanding.

Here we would like to share some recent important announcements from government departments which may be useful to you.

1. Default Direct Debit deduction date will be changed to 2 working days after the submission date – from CPF

• From 1 February 2021, the default Direct Debit deduction date will be changed from the 14th day of the following month to 2 working days after the submission date.
• Ensures maintain sufficient funds in your bank account for a successful deduction.

2. ACRA-On-The-Go app will be discontinued from 15 December 2020 – from ACRA

• the BizFile+ portal will be mobile responsive from 15 Dec 2020
• ACRA-On-The-Go app will be removed from Apple App store and Google Play Store and will no longer be supported

3. Unavailability of BIZFILE+ Portal from 10 December 2020 to 15 December 2020 – from ACRA

• BizFile+ will not be available from Thursday, 10 Dec 2020 (6pm) to Tuesday, 15 December 2020 (8am), as it will be undergoing a major system upgrade.
• Any urgent and critical BizFile+ transactions are strongly encourage to inform us complete before 10 December 2020 (6pm)
