Leonard Lee is our Audit Partner and has more than 12 years of experience in audit and assurance services. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA) and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA). He had accumulated his auditing knowledge and local/oversees experience for companies listed on Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX”) and non-listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Vietnam and Thailand, from his years of working in mid-tier audit firms in Singapore.

Industries that Leonard had been exposed to include non-profit organisations, charities and IPC, trading, services, retail, engineering and construction, travel agency, trust and fund management companies, jewellery, media and entertainment, investment holding, securities firm, money changer and remittance company, fund management companies and others.

Leonard also provides engagement quality control reviewer/ concurring partner roles for other local audit firm. Leonard is proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Samuell is our tax partner with more than 15 years’ experience in auditing, taxation, corporate services and Financial Controller roles for local and international enterprises. Samuell is proficient in both English and Mandarin. Samuell is also a member of ISCA and FCCA.

Cindy is our marketing and corporate services partner whom in charge of local and offshore corporations’ setup and corporate secretarial works, she has more than 10 years in the field of tax, audit, accounting and company setup for local companies and offshore entities. Cindy is also a member of ISCA and with qualification of ACCA and is proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Yeesoon is our Account partner whom in charge of account team and he has more than 10 years’ experience in accounting field and GST business for various industries for local companies. Yeesoon is proficient in both English and Mandarin.
